  • Not at all. This course is beginner-friendly and also supportive for experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice.

  • Yes! Follow your intuition. Each meditation stands on its own—you can move through them in sequence or choose what resonates that day.

  • There’s no set rule. Some people meditate daily, others a few times per week. Listen to your body and pace yourself with what feels sustainable.

  • Just a quiet space, a comfortable seat or cushion, and an open mind. A journal is also recommended for reflections.

  • Your journal can be downloaded, but all meditations must be accessed from this platform. All meditations and resources can be streamed so you can take them with you anywhere and at any time.

  • You’ll receive guided meditations, a downloadable workbook, reflection prompts, and tips for building a consistent practice.
