My path to this work has never been a straight line.

My formal training began with a degree in Psychology, but the deeper education came through more than twenty years of studying healing, human behavior, the nervous system, meditation, energy, and the many ways people navigate change, challenge, and transformation.

Along the way, I have worn many hats. Practitioner. Teacher. Student. Mother. Business owner. Explorer.

Like many of the people who find their way to this work, I have experienced seasons that required me to rebuild from the ground up. Those experiences shaped me as much as any training ever could. They taught me how resilient people are, how healing rarely follows a straight line, and how much becomes possible when someone feels truly seen, supported, and met exactly where they are.

I have spent much of my life moving between places, cultures, and ways of living. That taught me early how differently people experience the world and how uniquely each person organizes their experience. It also taught me that there is no single path to healing. There is only the path that is right for the person in front of you.

Over time, my studies, professional training, personal experiences, and years of working with clients began to converge.

What emerged was not a technique or a philosophy, but a way of listening.

A way of meeting people where they are.

A way of working with what is present rather than imposing what should be.

Today, that path has evolved into Celestial Sol Sessions.

No two are ever the same. There is no script to follow and no experience to manufacture. Instead, I listen. To the breath. To the body. To the places asking for movement, expression, release, or rest.

Clients often describe the work as a feeling of lightness, clarity, calm, renewal, or coming home to themselves. Like something long held finally has room to soften. Like stepping into cool water after carrying too much for too long.

For me, healing has always felt less like becoming someone new and more like remembering what was there all along.

Like the feeling that comes when sunlight shimmers across the water. For a moment, everything comes into congruence. The breath deepens. The noise falls away.

And you remember that there is something vast and beautiful beyond yourself, and at the very same time, that you belong to it.

  • “It felt incredibly deep and nurturing, like something in me finally softened and realigned. I really appreciate how safe and supported I felt through the process. Definitely booking my next appointment soon.”

  • You opened up a confidence window and helped me pursue something I'd been curious about my entire life, but was too intimidated to even try." "I can honestly say I pursued a real goal and dream of mine and made it come true."

  • I genuinely feel lighter. Things don't feel as intense or heavy anymore. I feel calmer, clearer and more grounded. What she does is really something special.
