About Me
I have spent more than twenty years studying what people are capable of. How we think, why we behave the way we do, what the body holds, and what might exist beyond the limits of our current understanding.
My formal education began with a degree in Psychology. From there the study never stopped: the nervous system, meditation, movement, energy, healing, and the many ways people actually change. My curiosity has never belonged to a single discipline. I want to know what each perspective can teach us, where it falls short, and what connects.
Over time, that training, those years of study, and hundreds of clients began to converge into something of its own.
What emerged was Celestial Sol. Not a single technique or modality. A body of work built through study, observation, experience, and an enduring willingness to ask better questions.
I bring that same attention to every person I work with. I track your patterns, your responses, the way your process unfolds.
Precision is the practice. The Six Stages are the path. Wonder is how we approach it.
Why Celestial Sol?
The name came from one of the most profound realizations of my life. I knew, scientifically, that we are made from the material of stars. I understood the spiritual idea that each of us contains an entire universe. But for the first time, I didn't just understand it.
I experienced it.
I saw and felt and knew what we were capable of. And the greater realization was this: it wasn't unique to me. It was true of everyone.
People need to know what they are capable of.
Celestial Sol was born from that belief. That there is something vast, complex, and extraordinary within every human being.
