Sessions are calm, attentive, and interactive. Depending on what your body is ready for, you may be guided to breathe, make sound, notice sensations, or rest in stillness. Gentle touch and voice are used to support awareness and help energy move in a way that can be felt and integrated.
Each session unfolds differently. Some people notice physical sensations, emotional release, or a deep sense of settling. Others experience subtle shifts that continue to unfold after the session.
Your role in the process
This work is collaborative. You’re not expected to “do it right,” but your presence matters. Through breath, sound, and awareness, you’re invited to actively meet your own experience rather than remain passive. This shared engagement allows the work to feel supportive without being overwhelming, and helps changes integrate more fully.
Practical details
Sessions are offered in person and virtually. In-person sessions are available by appointment only, with the physical location shared at the time of booking. Session length and pacing may vary based on what your system is ready for on a given day.

Last year, I became very ill with meningitis and encephalitis after contracting West Nile virus. My nervous system was severely impacted. I was unconscious for weeks, hospitalized for over a month, and spent hundreds of hours in therapy recovering.
