Awaken the Path Within
Each chakra reflects a different way energy organizes and moves through the body. In this series, I guide you through all seven energy centers using 60-minute Kundalini yoga classes, breath practices, and meditations drawn from the techniques I return to again and again in my own practice and with clients.
You’ll explore specific poses, breath patterns, sound, and moments of stillness that help you connect with each center in a direct, embodied way. The emphasis is on feeling and sensing rather than getting it “right,” allowing energy to organize with more coherence and ease over time.
This series is meant to be lived with. You can move slowly, revisit practices, and notice how different centers respond as your body and nervous system change. The work supports clarity, steadiness, and a deeper relationship with your own energy — both on the mat and in daily life.
