What Happens During an In-Person Celestial Sol Session?
In-person Celestial Sol Sessions are 60-minute private appointments at Carissa’s Henderson studio. During the session, Carissa follows the moment-to-moment responses of the body, nervous system, and energetic field rather than applying a predetermined sequence.
The session may include precise energetic touch, sound, vibration, breath, movement, stillness, or non-contact field-based work. The length and pacing of the active energetic work vary according to the body’s responses. We always follow the body’s cues.
Some sessions are quiet. Some are emotional. Some feel deeply physical. Others feel expansive. You remain conscious and able to communicate throughout the experience, and consent is ongoing.

Planning Your Visit to Celestial Sol
Celestial Sol operates from a private studio in Henderson, Nevada, within the greater Las Vegas area. In-person sessions are available by appointment only and are scheduled for 60 minutes. Please arrive approximately five minutes before your appointment and wait in the designated waiting room. Carissa will come out to greet you when she is ready for your session.
The studio is approximately 15 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport, depending on traffic. When planning your visit, allow enough time before your appointment to arrive without rushing and consider leaving space afterward for rest, reflection, or quiet integration.
Virtual Celestial Sol Sessions Worldwide
For clients who cannot travel to Henderson, virtual Celestial Sol Sessions are available worldwide. These 60-minute sessions take place live over Zoom and are not dependent on physical touch. During a virtual session, Carissa may use sound, guided awareness, breath, movement, stillness, and non-contact field-based work while following the responses of the body, nervous system, and energetic field.
Virtual sessions are not a separate or reduced version of the work. They are the same original Celestial Sol modality adapted to a remote setting.
