The 7 Fields explores these centers through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and direct awareness practices. Each session offers an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with a different aspect of yourself while strengthening your ability to perceive what is happening within your own field.
The emphasis is not on activation.
It is on awareness.
Learning to notice.
Learning to feel.
Learning to recognize the subtle ways energy, emotion, thought, and experience move through the body.
Move through the series at your own pace. Return to the fields that call your attention. Revisit them as your awareness deepens and your relationship with yourself evolves.
The deeper the awareness, the deeper the relationship.
And the deeper the relationship, the more there is to discover.
