I've spent more than 20 years studying the nervous system, the body, and energy, across psychology, somatic work, and energetic practice, and over 300 clients refining how to read what a body is holding and create the precise conditions it needs to release. Through touch, sound, breath, and nervous system-informed bodywork, I follow what your system is ready for. Not a script. Not a protocol. Your body leads, and things move here that never moved anywhere else.

No two sessions are the same. Some are quiet. Some are emotional. Some feel deeply physical. Some feel expansive.
A session may include touch, sound, breath, movement, or stillness. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right. Your only job is to arrive. Your system sets the pace.

Last year, I became very ill with meningitis and encephalitis after contracting West Nile virus. My nervous system was severely impacted.
