Celestial Sol Sessions
One-on-one nervous system and energetic restoration sessions with Carissa Klundt in Henderson, Nevada, serving the greater Las Vegas area and virtually worldwide.
You've done the therapy. You understand your patterns. You can name your triggers, your childhood wounds, your attachment style.
So why does your jaw still clench? Why does your breath stay high in your chest? Why does your body still brace the moment you finally lie down at night?
Because insight doesn't release tension. You can't talk your way out of a pattern your nervous system decided before you had words for it.
That residue you feel, the gripping, the exhaustion, the sense of being on even when nothing is wrong, is not a mindset problem. It is a nervous system holding a protective pattern it learned years ago. And it will keep holding it, through every therapy session, every journal, every meditation app, until it gets the one thing it has been waiting for: the conditions to let go.
That is exactly what I create- the conditions to let go.
For more than 20 years, I’ve studied the nervous system, the anatomical, physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies through psychology, kinesthetics, somatic work, and energetic practice. Through my work with hundreds of clients, I’ve refined my ability to read what a body is holding, recognize what it is ready for, and respond with precision. Change begins when your body is finally met in the language it speaks
You’ve done everything you know how to do. This is where I get to help.
Who are they for?
Celestial Sol Sessions are for people who may understand their patterns intellectually but still feel tension, bracing, overwhelm, emotional weight, or disconnection in the body. Many clients are professionals, clinicians, caregivers, creatives, and people accustomed to holding a great deal for others. They are often self-aware and capable, yet recognize that insight alone has not created the change they are looking for.
The work is especially suited to people who are curious about the relationship between the body, nervous system, and energetic field and who are open to an experiential form of support that may complement the insight they have already gained through therapy, personal development, recovery, or spiritual practice.
What Happens During a Celestial Sol Session?
During a Celestial Sol Session, I follow the responses of your body and energetic field rather than applying a predetermined sequence. Depending on what is present, a session may include precise touch, sound, vibration, breath, movement, stillness, or non-contact field-based work.
In-person sessions may include touch. Virtual sessions take place live over Zoom and may use sound, guided awareness, breath, movement, stillness, and field-based work. Some sessions are quiet. Some are emotional. Some feel deeply physical. Others feel expansive.
The form changes, but my job is always threefold:
Create safety. Without safety, the body protects itself instead of letting go.
Create the conditions for release. Release matters. But without what comes next, it is just an experience.
Build capacity. Capacity is your ability to feel without becoming overwhelmed and allow energy and emotion to move through your system. This is where change becomes sustainable.
We do all three here. That is why this work is different.
Clients often describe feeling lighter. Clearer. More like themselves. Like a weight they didn’t even know they were carrying was finally lifted.
How Are Celestial Sol Sessions Different?
Celestial Sol Sessions do not follow a standardized sequence or apply one technique to every person. Although the work has been informed by somatic, nervous system, meditation, and energetic disciplines, it is an original modality created and developed by Carissa Klundt.
Rather than working from a predetermined protocol or focusing on a single access point, Carissa tracks the body, nervous system, and energetic field as a connected whole. She responds to what is present, what the system appears ready for, and how the process unfolds over time. The Six Stages of Restoration™ provide the developmental model underlying that process.
Celestial Sol Sessions are an energetic and somatic support practice. They may complement other forms of care, but they are not psychotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, or medical treatment and do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.

“Experiencing her work firsthand completely blew me away. Videos truly do not do it justice. A few days after the session, the chronic pain was entirely gone, and it has not returned since. My mind and body always leave her space feeling refreshed and energized. I am so grateful for her amazing work and will absolutely continue to see her.”

“Coming from a healthcare background, I tend to approach things with both curiosity and skepticism. Over the past year, life has started to feel smoother, lighter, and more aligned. Most importantly, I no longer live in a constant state of fight-or-flight. I’ve noticed greater emotional resilience, more clarity, improved self-awareness, and a deeper connection to myself. I feel more present in my life instead of merely surviving it. Even through a screen, her work has had a profound impact on my life.”
