Recognition is that moment. Not what you have been told is there. Not what you assume. What is present when the noise falls away and you finally have the room to perceive it.
So much of what we carry was organized a long time ago, in seasons that asked us to adapt quickly and keep moving. Those patterns served you. They are not flaws. They are evidence of how well you survived. This stage opens the space to meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen clearly. Not to be corrected. To be acknowledged.
